I have a Samsung Monte GT S5620 that was on T-Mobile UK
I changed to Tesco network and opted to keep the same number and I was told to keep off phone so phone number would change network.
Switched phone on and asked to enter pin code, I entered wrong one and now I get the message - Phone Freeze Please Call / SOS
The IMEI Numer is: 35581404013934/2
Do I need an unlock code?
If so how do I input it into the phone in the condition it's in?
Also how can I flash a custom ROM image to get rid of the T-Mobile graphics?
I'd really appreciate some help as I need to make some important phone calls and T-Mobile shafted me by not giving me any codes before I left the contract.

It sounds like you do need an unlock code - one of the unlocking vendors here can help you: Cell Phone Market - Cell Phone Forums
