Password of samsung C6712 Model

Hello I need to lock my phone as well as my all privacy system but I am facing a problem like if I am getting through it then it needs one pass word and when I am entering default passwaord 12345 then its not exceptiong it .............. and I have no Idea that I ever putten the password in ma phone or not . so please let me know what should I do to get out frm this problm
