keeping Samsung Smooth unlocked even after powering on.

Hi, I got a new phone and everytime it powers on I have to unlock it first before doing anything. It is easy but I would prefer not having to do that. How do I permenantly unlock my phone. I went into phone settings and security but couldn't figure it out after that.

Oops! you are right. It is a Samsung Smooth. I did find out how to do it, though. I was going into phone setting and should have been going into keyguard. Thanks, anyway.
