Samsung SCH-A930: transfer phone contact info to PC or Mac

Hello,

I used BitPim to download contact info.

All I got was directory structure, and no phone contact info.

Am I missing some steps?

Are you using the latest version of Bitpim? You're connecting the phone and computer with a data cable?

It might actually be easier to use verizon backup assistant if you can't get bitpim to work. Is backup assistant on the phone?

Thanks for taking time to answer my concern.

Yes, I am connecting with a data cable.

The reason I was using BitPim was with backup assistant it is my undrstanding that backup assistant DOES NOT save Speed dial numners associated with a given name entry.

One thing I have a suspision I may not have "Correct" USB driver?
