    I have had a problem not being able to connect to the web. This is not fun as I like music, weather, etc, etc. Have turned the phone off several times to no avail. What do you suggest ?

    You need to be more specific:

    - What message does it give you when you try to connect?
    - Are you trying to connect on data or wifi?
