samsung sgh-t619 looking for configuration settings location within phone menus.

hello, i have a samsung t-619 that i had been using on t-mobile. i have switched to consumercellular and need to configure some settings
on the phone but dont have any idea where these are located within the phone. these settings include ...... proxy address,proxy port,proxy push,authentication,
and homepage. if anybody knows where to find these locations please let me know, thank you.

EDIT= ok i withdraw the question. i didnt need to change anything it worked as is.
