How to fix often freezing lock screen s3

ok so let me tell you first what happened before the problem. I was installing a app from market. but its said to use this app your phone must be rooted so i found out my s3 is not rooted so i googled on how to root a s3 so i follow a certain steps reboot phone into download mode and connect then flash the file using odin something.

so yeah i did the steps as it is stated in the guide but after 30 mins to 1 hour my s3 is hanging in lock screen my screen wont work but the wallpaper toolbar etc is there. i cant even draw the pattern to unlock it coz i dont know i tried to press the home key for many times to bring up S voice then tried to press the back key / try to use touch screen it doesnt work.

so my question is , was the rooting thing causing this problem? if yes how to fix it?

i tried to unroot it / reset factory settings also booting in CWM to delete data etc etc. yeah it kinda fix it for the mean time but it came back again.

so anyone can help me?

It's hard to say what is going on. I would unroot or do a hard reset to get everything back to default and then start over. It could be a number of programs that the phone is hanging on.

I already tried Unrooting it Hard Reset And Even Clear Data/Factory Reset .. sometimes after i make a call or send a SMS its touch screen isn responding but when i lock it , it will go to lock screen and then i cant draw the pattern.
