Bluetooth for GT-S3550 (shark mobile phone)

Hi All, a bit of help from the experts please, I am considering buying a bluetooth phone pad for my phone which is NOT a smart phone but an ordinary mobile but is bluetooth enabled,will such a device work and allow me to input text messages more quickly ?, I note that this forum appears to be US based things may be different from the UK but Bluetooth applications I think are the same,any help welcomed.

as far as I can tell there is no voice to text interface on the GT-S3550, so this would not work no matter what Bluetooth device you get.
