I've had this phone for maybe a month, and I'm started to notice a persistent problem with it. The phone works fine for most of what I need -- messaging, games, etc. However, quite often I'll try to make a call with the phone and I can't. It appears that the phone has forgotten that I have a cell phone provider. Once I reboot, suddenly the call works fine.

Other people have complained that they have tried to call me, but gotten a message that the phone is out of range or service. The signal detection shows full bars.

How can I convince the phone to connect to, and stay connected to, my mobile network?

I think you are running out of memory. It happen sometimes on Android devices. Try to clean up duplicate phone contacts, install app that will take care for junk files and running applications. Hope this will help.
