Have a SCH-U320 - Samsung flip phone
The outside screen used to show time/date and incoming call info. Now it just has a multi-color static screen almost like it is cracked. Inside screen works as it should.
Have run through all the onboard menu driven settings and found no way to reset the outside screen display.
Have also removed battery and re-installed.

Any suggestions? Do not want to lose existing stored data/numbers.
