Srry m8 converting from Mp3 to midi is not possible. If you change a short part of the mp3 to wave; wave can be converted into MMF---> so useful for the s300.

but
does the wav to midi actually sound any good though? i tried a couple other programs and they sounded nothing like the mp3.

Midis don't sound as good as Mp3 files because an Mp3 is a recording; a midi is just the computer playing the music.

there doesn't seem to be any programs available at the minute which'll give you a good quality conversion from mp3 to midi
