Export to outlook?

Is there a way to export my contacts from my Sanyo pm-8200 and into my contacts in outlook? I have bitpim setup usb, but cant seem to find a way with it. Is there any other freeware outhere that can do this? I really dont want to add 72 contacts from my phone manually into outlook if I dont have to..
