Download pictures from a Sanyo 5300

I have a data cable, and was wondering first if there was a free program that I can get to download the pictures onto my PC. I have BitPim, and could not see any way to get my pictures. If there is no free program out there for this, could anyone suggest a program that does have this function. I don't want to buy a program that will do everything, but transfer pictures from my phone to my PC....that would suck...
