.mpeg to .3g2 convert
Anyone know how to, or what s/w to use? I need to convert some of my mpegs to .3g2 so i can see videos on my phone

Quicktimes mediaplayer will convert them for ya. Import them into quicktime then export them to wherever you want. You'll need to do some configuring with the software to get the right output. Do a little fiddling and I'm sure you'll figger it out.

Video Converting Software
I used Xilsoft Video Converter to successfully convert to 3g2 format. I was able to convert and transfer a movie to my Samsung a950.
