Need More Posters...

I have been a member of numerous Message Boards - and i guessing that a number of you guys are as well. It would be nice to have more people posting on these sites - so here is what i have been doing to attract more of a crowd.

What ever forums you guys might be in - Post a new topic with IF YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE....
And let the people know about the forum - it would be nice for new topics around

If you post this site on another forum they might consider it as adveritisment and delete your thread.

Alot of people usually go on vacation this time of year, i'm sure once the vacationing season is over and alot of folks go back to school and work along with the release of new handsets we'll see traffic pick up a bit.

Yeppers.. the average "new member" number is down by 25-30%

Perhaps, like us, other sites will tolerate a discreet link in one's signature... Another way to attract members politely is to answer a question about a cell phone on any old site then add a link to the thread on CPF where that topic is discussed (I do that in the newsgroups (alt forums) when I can )

If you don't flaunt (flaunt as in make the font size 28, bold it, underline, scroll it, etc) another site in most other forums, they don't mind a small link in your signature. I have a link to this site and a lot of others all over the place and haven't been given the boot nor been asked to remove them.

Awwwwh... he's advertising us

So going into another site and saying "CMON YOU LOSERS, CELLPHONEFORUMS.NET OWNS THIS FORUM" Isnt the best method?
