I need to download a plug-in... but where??

I have a Sanyo MM-7400. I can't view this picture my friend sent me... a rectangular box with a red x shows up. So I clicked "OK" on View Media, then Save to Phone and then Download to Phone. Then it says, "WARNING! Please install plug-in after this download. Content type is not compatible." I don't know what plug-in it's talking about though. My friend has a Motorola phone with Cingular service while I have Sprint service. I'm guessing her phone uses a different type of format for the pictures she takes with it. Can anyone help me figure out what plug-in I must download in order to view this picture? Thanks
