Suppose I don't want Sprint....

Suppose I don't want Sprint because Sprint doesn't give good service where I'm from and I want Cingular on my Katana, if I can get one on Cingular. Can I get Cingualr on a Katana? If so where do I go to buy a Katana without having to have the Sprint logo on it?

The Katana will only work for Sprint. Sprint is a CDMA provider (Cingular uses GSM), there is no SIM card in the phone, and CDMA carriers in the USA will not or cannot activate other providers' phones because of slight variations in their network operating parameters and differences in the phone's actual programming. Sorry, it'll never work.

Like Brad already stated^...However, there are other cell phones similar to the Katana. One is the obvious RAZR, but there are others as well with that slim form factor. Just do some research, and you might find one that's right for you.
