sanyo 3100 help

Ok i got off the phone today with sprint and recently changed my number.,. they said it would take up to 4 hours. well that wait is up and im going to try it again my self. i have the number the msid all that... But what im wondering is how to go about doing this... what do u enter after the ##----## what numbers? could anyone please let me know i need this on before tommorow afternoon and these people are slo ass' to get on the phone.thank u

i dont think your being clear enough. im not sure what your asking but if you change your phone number the sprint represntative should be the one to walk you through the process.
