Sanyo 7050 bluetooth problem

Just pruchase a new sanyo 7050 great phone but one problem , all i want to do is to upload my contacts and app. to outlook for a back up. No problem getting connected through bluetooth but it will only upload contact names and no phone numbers. I can load from my pc to the phone with no problem. Anybody have any ideas whats wrong ?

i can get my computer to recognize the phone, but cant manage to transfer any data. how are you transfering to the phone even?

I'm using a program called bluesoleil as the blue tooth link to office 2007 . I have now bought the usb cable from bell and have backed up my contact list but it still will not synchronize with office. But ... still looking and trying any ideas.

you may have to download something to unlock the capability on thephone?
