The MC60

Does anyone know how to delete the ringtones of the MC60? I don't even know how to delete the recorded messages. Please help!!

enter the datasystem and open the folder "sounds." now press "options" (left key) and scroll down 3times (delete). now on select (right key) and yes (left key).
