Siemens M55 recharge problem

Hello!
I hava a morbid problem!
The M55, evey time I recharge the batery and the batery is full the phone turns of, like when you pull the batery from it when its on!

This is the only problem! Has any of you idea how to fix this?

maybe your battery doesn't fit right and sometimes it has no contact.
