Siemens cf62-return

my siemens cf62 just turns off randomly and sometimes when the phone rings, the ringtone continually plays until i turn off the phone or the battery dies
just return it to where you bought it from and they give you a newer better model...at least fido did for me

the same thing happens with my phone, and all of my other friends who have this phone have the same problem.
