CF62 Display problem

I just got this phone. I like it so far but I have a little idiosyncratic problem that has been bugging me endlessly. It's regarding the color scheme of my CF62. It was set on the preinstalled scheme Blue and ever since I turned my phone off for the first time today and turned it back on, it has not looked the same. There's a green glow around the letters T-Mobile and the date and time in the main screen. And when I pull up the menu, the background behind the 9 menu icons is not white as it should be but yellow-greenish. So I went into settings and I discovered that color scheme is no longer there. Rather it has somehow been renamed to "Profile One" and its options cannot be changed like with the rest. There's also a beep that reminds me of this fact every time I highlight it.
I know this may seem silly to you. Why not use another color scheme that's working fine? Well I happen to like the blue and I'm the kind of person who must have everything work the way it's supposed to even though I might not even use it.
Thanks for your help. I'd really appreciate it. It could be something really simple that I'm overlooking or too ignorant about...

i've been trying to send a wallpaper to my phone, and i made it 128x128... yet theres STILL a white border.. and i even made it a bit bigger.. and no difference.. so i even checked to see if there was an actuall white border around the picture.. and nope.. theres not

i guess if theres no solution to this.. i'll just have to find a really light colored picture so the border doesn't stick out
