i know there is a program called "ultra mp3" but i dont have to install it right

Ultra MP3 is for smart phones. It won't work with your S65.

Get another phone that can play MP3's and sell your S65.

there is no program. Java cannot play mp3 as your phone is unable to decode mp3.
