Iphone for Solo Mobile?

Good morning everyone - noob here, so please forgive me if this question has been asked in the past.

I have a Samusung Cleo and am on Solo Mobile. I would really like an Iphone however. What are my options here? I've read several varying responses on this - yes, no, maybe...

If I were to get the Iphone, how do I unlock it for Solo? Is this guaranteed? Would I then be able to download apps from Apple like everyone else who uses the Iphone and carry on with my Solo plan? I currently do not have web access on my Cleo.

You can unlock the iphone by using unlock codes from the website **** with step by step instructions.
