if u request tones that have already been posted u could be warned and if u continued, possible kicked. you can see ur amount of CPF$ on the left bar of ur posts. Next time if u have a question about the site, please place it in the Getting Started/New Member help section

there should be like a counter or something in the control panel

If you get banned, you're banned. From everything. Period.

Although people don't get banned for no reason. Only when they've been warned NOT to do something, but still keep doing it.
