Ok guys as you can see im new here. I am looking at getting a new phone and im thinking about the lgvx 8100. I was just wondering if that would be a good phone to pick. Couple of questions about it now, How many pictures does it hold?, also ive seen alot of free ringtone websites and was wondering are they all safe? Wheres the best place? How do i go about putting them on the phone? Like do i need any special cables? That should be it for now. All the help you can give will help out alot. Thanks.

The 8100 is indeed a nice phone. Memory is dependant on a lot of different factors, but on my 8000 I have had up to like 20 pics on it with no problem. The 8100 does have a SD Memory card, so I don't think that's going to be a problem for you.

The 8100 has Verizon's new UI (User Interface) on it, and as such, you can no longer just send ringtones to the phone. You also cannot put ringtones on the memory card and use them for ringers. Verizon wants you to have buy ringtones from Get It Now, but there are some work arounds, or so I have been told. I haven't gotten that far into the phone yet.
