Well this means that someone(or more than one) voted that a post of yours was bad (clicking the scale). Go into your User CP to see what post it was on.

Actually, chicago1212 has bad rep from trying to thief other members' CPF points. I checked and nobody has given you negative rep, you did it to yourself. OOPS.
