help please.with my mobile

this mobile i have i can not work out how to get gprs.to work.at all
i have an o2 sim&tmobile.it say have to subscribe for it to work.
dual sim tv phone.camera.bluetooth mp3 mp4 fm radio.txt message
i need this all in one for holidays and my son he is in a wheelchair.
and the wife and i some time for get camraand radio like to listen to
so in need helppppppppppppppppp.to get it to work it cellphone.
and what net work should i use.it made in china.gsm quad band gprs digital
system.gsm.850/900/1800/1900.gsm/dcs network it say internet go,s
via china.
