Brand phone or no brand phone ,which one is suitable to us ?

Now so many brand phone like :iphone , LG, blackberry and so on ,they are really very good , but the price is very expensive ,right ? for example : one nokia phone maybe cost $300,it can use 3-5 years . each year cost $60-$100, but if you buy a no brand phone , it just cost about $40 , although it just can use less than 1 years , but it is still cheaper ,and every year you can use a new latest phone ,it is cool right ?
