I live in San Mateo and work in San Francisco. I was wondering whether or not I should go with the same exact device (the Novrak 2200 mifi) on Verizon or Virgin?
It would probably be most used for email/music/light video usage/light games.
I would be paying $35/month for 5 megs on Verizon.
On Virgin it would be $40/month for unlimited.
Anyone know about coverage?

Re: Verizon mifi 2200 or virgin mifi 2200?
I would probably go with verizon, I think virgin uses some of verizon networks but not all and the coverage is not that great. Now, you can do your research. I work for verizon and I can get you the mifi free with activation on a one or two year contract. Let me know after you do your research which one you choose. Remember if something is too good, it's usually not that great. You get what you pay for. Look for reviews. I know the mifi 2200 has great reviews. Let me know if I can help at all.

another thing if you are going to play games you should first try the 5G plan for $50. Unless you monitor tight.

also if you are going to buy the mifi, you should do it for one year. The 4G is coming within months andyou don't want to be stuck for 2 years with a slower device ;-)
Like I say, I could help you get it for free with a new year contract.
