T226 data cable & getting ring tones

i just got a T226, i've been playing with the composer, making some songs from vairous games i play (final fantasy) but now i really want to load a polyphonic one. i'm sure this is posible, but i'm a noob. any advice?
most importantly, i will not buy a ring tone, immage, or theme. i do expect to buy a data cable from where ever i can get one.

You can buy a cable, I bought a data cable that you plug into your serial port on your computer, I got mine off of E-Bay. Then you have to download a software called MyPictures from http://www.clubsonyericsson.com, then you come to this forum, make some bling bling, (by posting) then u usethe bling u made to buy the free midi ringtones, then you upload them to ur phone with the program threw the datacable.

use bluetooth
