Does anyone know if there is a way to just simply not have atheme activated on your phone, specifically z500a? Seems like a stupid question, but for the life of me, I can't find a way to not select a them.
The reason I ask is for aesthetics...you can have a cool wallpaper all set up, but as long as you have a theme running, you get the theme colors across the top and bottom of the display where the wallpaper is.
Enlighten me!

you have to choose some type of theme. think of it like windows. you have to have your start menu and your buttons and things a certain color, doesnt matter which one, choose the one that goes the best with the wallpaper you want, then turn on the wallpaper to remove the theme's default wallpaper. on my t637, i installed the classic theme from sonyericsson.com and used that. it was pretty much the most basic and easy on the eyes theme out there, and just changed my wallpaper.

really-in essence....what your thread is about is rant.
There should've been a way to extend the wallpaper to the top and bottom bars. I think it's rubbish the way it is.
