Hello,

I have a Sony-Ericsson z500a and tried to connect using my DCU-11 cable (which was sucessfull installed using SE software) and the 'File Manager' program provided by SE as well as 'Float's Mobile Agent' and with both I have problems connecting to the 'phone memory' as well as just about every other aspect of the phone (SIM memory, contact list etc) the only thing that I am capable of is sync'ing the time and date.

Using the 'File Manager' program in accessing the 'phone memory' I get an error that says 'Unable to connect' then a windows error 'CAPI worker module' must shut down. Then it doesn't recognize the phone until I restart the system.

I cannot seem to get this phone to sync properly so that I can transfer ringtones onto it. It recognizes the phone and all, but I can't seem to do anything other than a few simple functions, all I want to do is transfer ringtones from my pc to phone.

Please, please help me, I am so freaking desperate right now...My phone doens't even have internet, all I have are default ringtones.
