Just purchased a SonyE z500a off of eBay.
Got it and it's working great....however.
The previous owner has about 200 contacts on the phone and I'd like to delete them all. Trouble is he does not remember resetting the phone lock code, and the default (0000) does not work.
Does anyone know if there is away to reset this?
Or maybe if there is another default?
Any help is appreciated.

if he cannot remember the phone lock code and 0000 isn't working then you can reset the user code by using a T28 Unlock cable and 1 remote server credit or by using a Sony Ericsson Deluxe Service kit.
you can check out my signature for both options.
good luck!
