i know it's a pretty old one .... but the problem in new to me

it's like .... when ever a incoming calls come .... it display"ciphering is disabled" with a triangle like icon on top right .... and no sound is heard

i have serached the guide .... no info on how to disable it .... any suggestion .... i really need help
