I purchased the H700 last week, because my faithful H820 broke. The low volume button broke . So far the H700 (knock on wood) still working nicely. Despite what other user reviews said, H700 is working pretty well. Many camplains the location of the tiny hole mic on the "boom" is in the inner side hence when you flip open the "boom" it will touch your cheek and would cause the muffle sound.

Once I fully charged H700 (2 hrs or less ), I started calling my friends, they told me that my voice was clear, no echo and did not muffle. When I heard their voices over the ear piece, their voices were also clear and loud. I also tested in a busy and noisy restaurant, to my surprised I can hear their voices over the ear piece loud and clear. I did not have to close my other ear. Excellent! FYI, H700 has multi color light indicator. Red is low battery, orange is 80% charged, purple is for pairing and green is fully charged. BTW, I have the latest firmware on K750i (R1AA008).

Are any users in the forum experience otherwise?
