W550/w600

hi guys, im new to this forum n new to my phone, have alot questions to ask. =] i read in other forum that W550 only plays 3GP n MP4 video type but none of my video is that kind, so does anyone know any software that i can convert them to those kind of file? thanks

I have the W600 and that is a good question. I heard you could not add movies to your phone and play them but it might have been that people just were not using the right format. tried all thhe software but the 1 that worked best for me that has the best audio and video quality no skiped frames, i think its in this thread still http://www.cellphoneforums.net/t207895.html
