cant transfer songs - help!

Hello,
I just got W600i and trying to download music to it. However, I have noticed that software will not recognize and let me add songs that I downloaded from musicmatch and itunes. The file says protected on it, while other songs that I have on my computer from CDs are not protected.
Can somebody help me or know how to get songs to 600i? Its a shame that i wasted so much money downloading music and now i cant even transfer it.

Yes songs from itunes are protected..digital rights management - so that you can't copy and encode to another file etc..

there is a way around it..a program called hymn.
