W800i Video Transfer Question

I know the W800 supports mp4's but I can't get them to play on my phone for some reason. I don't have any updates for the phone atm but I don't think that should matter. Do they need to be a certain size or will phone resize video's automatically? Anything would be great help, thanks a lot.

I think you need a tool to create the mp4 video files, whose size should be 176 * 144 or smaller than this. Otherwise, maybe you can only hear the audio but cannot get the video.
