Walkman Key doesn't work properly

After resetting my W300i with the Master Reset option in the general menu of the settings menu,, the wlakman key doesn't start the walkman but it starts the My Shortcuts menu. How can I setup the walkman key to start the walkman????

Try doing a master reset again. If that doesn't work, flash the firmware.

I have reset the phone, but it doesn't fix the problem,,
