    That is normal. SE made the earpiece volume a tad low. There are drivers for the W810i so that you can increase the volume output. Mine has the drivers installed, and it is significantly louder than the stock level. Just do a Google search, and you'll find it.

    thanks. By the way, the volume using earplugs is good, right?. I haven't tried it because the earplugs to cellphone adapter is broken.
