Was the phone dropped before? I wouldn't say that whoever fixed it did a great job. With what you stated, I understand that the phone still works but nothing is lighting up. I think that the mainboard was damaged in some way when it was turned in and the repair person did a bad job. Unless you know how to to fix the board yourself, I'd suggest to bring it back to your service provider. However, the W600i has already been discontinued. I would just say that escalate to a supervisor and complain about your situation. Who knows, you might get a replacement even though I'm guessing you don't have warranty.
