I've narrowed down my choices down to a few Sony Ericsson phones, so I'm here to seek your opinion's. I've narrowed it down to:

    Sony Ericsson K550- $278 US
    W610- $330 US
    Z610- $267 US

The K550 and W610 can both play video's and are are almost the exact same phones, released the same month, same battery etc. I don't know about any differences about the two so I would like some info.

The Z610 is much cheaper than the other two phones, has the same 2MP camera as them but cannot play video's. I've heard bad things about the camera and how it is around the same quality as a 1.3 MP camera.

In all the phones they all use Memory Stick Micro (M2), 2MP camera, around the same battery life, and have around the same functions.

One thing to note is that I do not care about the 3G function as I will never use it so the 2nd camera in the Z610 is useless.

    What do you think?

The K550i and the W610i are just about the same, hardware wise. The W610i also has the Walkman 2.0 app over the generic music player on the K550i. It mostly just sums up to the person on what he/she prefers in terms of looks. Just think of the comparison that was done on the K750i and the W800i when they were launched...it's basically the same thing. Also, the cameras on the K550i/W610i are better than that of the Z610i because the Z610i lacks AutoFocus. Pics from the Z610i will be more bland and slightly more pixelated. Since you stated you don't xare for 3G, I would recomment going for either the K550i or the W610i. However, their keypads are not really recommended for those who like to text a lot. They may be alright for the beginner or casual texter. But for those who text on a daily basis, the keypads would be somewhat small and thin to bear.

It seems like the difference of the Walkman 2.0 is that it has a TrackID function, Music Mode that allows you to shut down the phone to make it a
    MP3 player.

you should decide what features you want in a phone than go and find a phone with those features otherwise you'll collect a ton of phones with similar features and u wont know which one to choose. ask yourself what exactly do i want from my phone & than which phone fits this. some people also decide by first setting a budget for example i want to only spend 300$ or less than search out all the phones with in this range and than ask the second question of what features they want etc..
