charging

my k790a is hard to charge now. i have to put it in just the right place for it to even charge. is there any way to clean the contacts on my phone? is this covered under my warranty? if anyone can help that would be great =]

If you have proof of purchase, there are no signs of water damage, and that you bought it within the 1-yr manufacturers warranty, you should be fine.

The pins on the fastport connector might not be aligned right. Check it out and see if anything is bent.

I also have that problem but the problem might be with the charger rather than the phone. Check the pins like pery said.
