Hi, new guy here.

I just got my first phone (a w580i) recently, and I have some problems with it... First of all, I'm in Canada.

The w580i that I got is the French version or something...all the ringtones, themes, pictures, videos and some other things that came with the phone are in French -_-". I'm kind of a perfectionist so this is annoying me lol, how can I change it back to English?

Btw, the instruction manual is in French too, but I'm too lazy to go and exchange it...and I don't think I could...

I renamed the Demo video from French into English and now under Entertainment, it says the video has been delete o.O but it isn't... And I'm afraid that if I rename the other things, this will happen to them too. So is there a correct way to fix this?

I'm a newbie at this so please bear with me, and thanks in advance to those who help. =)

You bought the phone new...use your warranty to replace it.

There is a language selection in the setting menu.

That's it. It's one thing to flame people if others believe that something is done wrong. But to degrade someone with name calling is not called for. This thread is closed.
