I'm asking a few of you W580i owners to try a small test for me that will only take a quick moment please. Plug in your headphones to your phone and access the FM radio. Tune it to whatever station you listen to and close the phone so it goes into LOCK mode. Of course non of the buttons up front should work but I want you to try the volume button on the left hand side. What I'm trying to find out is DOES your volume button work while in lock mode. If you hold the button down for 3 seconds, does it change radio stations. The reason I'm asking is because mine does it and it's not supposed to according to Sony Ericsson and Rogers. Once your in LOCK mode, NOTHING should work... including the volume button. I've already done a factory reset and it didn't solve the problem so... I come to you folks for help.

    Feedback please...

    Thanks...

    Dalton

Eh, SE told me that the volume button should not work when in locked mode. Will have to chat with them again I guess.. no biggie but just a pain in the butt.

    Thanks for the info.
