If you're refering to updating, one easy way is to update Over The Air. You will find it in the 'Settings' of your phone. Another way is to check out the Sony Ericsson website. There is the Sony Ericsson Update Service, aka SEUS. Download the client and hook up your phone with the USB cable supplied, and SEUS will update the firmware.

If you're talking about flashing the firmware, use a search engine and type in "Phone XS". It's free, but be sure to read everything carefully. If you don't mind to pay for a service, check out sites like Wotanserver or Davinciteam.
