If a phone has A/V outputs, then you can view pictures, videos, etc. If you're talking about tethering, then you can use a search engine (Yahoo!, Google, etc) and look up on how to tether from your phone to your laptop.

Thanks peryuss. My phone communicates with my laptop via USB and bluetooth. I was thinking more of projecting the image from the phone screen to a larger screen - like the ones used to display digital photos. This would have the benefits of mobility with more readable browsing on a lightweight portable screen.

I tried something like that on my Treo, but the screen on the PC was just a little bigger than the phone.
