Just got my new w580i and I downloaded the PC Suite software from Sony Ericsson. I installed it fine no probs but when I connect my cellphone to my pc via the usb cable it seems to be detected but when I open up the suite software I can't transfer any file to the phone under phone mode, the phone memory folder and the memory stick folder don't show up anywhere  . I don't know what the problem is so anyhelp is appreciated! Thanks. | ||||||

Might want to try to install USB flash drivers. Read this post it has a link for the Gordon Gate program. My PC is not recognizing my W580i whilst holding C - Top Sony Forums | |||||
